RE:RE:RE:Market expectations If Motorola was in Q4 that would be a relief to put it mildly. But didn't someone here say they heard from Dave Mason that it was in Q3?

I'm sure that will be clarified on the CC.

There has been talk here to the effect that the Motorola settlement would have been $50+ million--so if it were in Q3 then that "talk" could hardly have been more wrong.
