Key figures in Q3

One of the things Richard Kellam talked about is getting sg&a to revenue in the 18-20% range. We are closer to that target as of Q3, sg&a to revenue was ~ 20.7%

Q1 sg&a: revenue =~ 24.86%
Q2 sg&a: revenue =~ 27%
Q3 sg&a: revenue =~ 20.9%

The Q2 increase is mostly from mark to market adjustments from rsu's/dsu's
