Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. RE:RE:A news release summary for those new to NCU >>>Newstock44... currently both series of warrants are 'out of the money' but nonetheless if Pala did excerise then they would be able to obtain another 13.2 million shares from the first series warrants (at $2.00  per share) and another 4 million shares (at $2.20 per share) from the A warrants held. Assuming all warrants were excercised (including the 15 million about to be issued to Pala) then there would be about 250 million shares out and Pala would own about 102 million of them. This would put them at about a 41% ownership of NCU.
