For those new to our board:  First, Notgnu is buried under a mess of shares bought for more than $2.00.  He lost all his money on the warrants, and is desperate to exit the hundreds of thousands of shares he claimed to have bought with minimum loss and as a result feels threatened by any criticism of or complaint about the company.  But his childish and antagonistic attitude is nothing new, to wit:
