Bought Deal Financing Debt $57M

I found it interesting that Paul states that the recent debt offering will be deployed in M&A track activity in the coming "Quarters", Not in the near team as some on here believed.

This makes one wonder why the rush for the Debt on Oct 20th when SP was 2.82 -- seems now they QTRH knew of a bad quarter and took advantage of high SP, This leaves me to beleive we are dead in the water until early 2022 barring any positive news from apple ( god only knows that one )

Anyways always sucks to be a shareholder with Qtrh / Wilan -- the bright days are always ahead of us, never upon us..
