I'm not a Canadian, so I would appreciate if anyone north of me can correct me if I'm looking at the wrong regulatory body for the Venture Exchange.

This is what I found if you would like to file a complaint to review the trading activity conducted/being conducted by Morgan and Anonymous.

If they get enough pissed off Bear shareholders contacting them, they might actually do something about it. Strength in numbers, folks. Most juniors are up 3-4% today, and we are capped again.
