Monument Mining Limited is a Canadian gold producer that 100% owns and operates the Selinsing Gold Mine in Malaysia and the Murchison Gold Project in the Murchison area of Western Australia. It has a 20% interest in Tuckanarra Gold Project, jointly owned with Odyssey Gold Ltd in the same region. Located in the Central Gold Belt of Western Malaysia, the Selinsing Gold Mine covers a total area of approximately 150.3 square kilometers (km2) and includes the Selinsing, Buffalo Reef, Felda Land, Peranggih and Famehub properties. The Murchison Gold Project includes the Burnakura, Gabanintha, and Tuckanarra properties, which are located in the Murchison goldfield of Western Australia, 40 kilometers (km) southeast of Meekatharra and approximately 765km northeast of Perth. Buffalo Reef lies continuously and contiguously along the gold trend upon which the Selinsing Gold Property is located. Both Felda and Famehub are located east and north of the Selinsing and Buffalo Reef properties.

I guess everyone wants to know what the AGM voting tallies are. Now, the company has put themselves in a spot where they cannot back out of.

1. When they announced the AGM in the official bulletin, they mentioned, that they did not want any shareholders coming to the meeting because of Covid-19 protocols

2. And when shareholders asked for a "virtual meeting" by internet .... they were refused

3. And I formally asked the company (MMY) for the voting results .... I got this

"Dear Richard,

Thank you for your email and we appreciate your interest in our AGM. Monument’s voting disclosure was provided in a news release which is also available on sedar.com. These are in line with the regulatory requirements.

Vast majority means absolute majority of voted shares.

I am not able to comment on other questions.

Now, we have them, not wanting anybody to come to the AGM, Not wanting to make the AGM open to the shareholders, by the use of a virtual meeting, and finally, Monument Mining Limited refusing to give the voting results of the AGM, when formal requesting.

We have them refusing to give out the results of the voting at the AGM for Directors, and other votes that took place at that AGM..

I will be drafting a formal letter addressed to the Chairman, the CEO, and the Investor Relations Officer with these points, and asking again for the formal results of the voting at that AGM.

I do hope other shareholders of MMY request the results also....
