Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. RE:RE:Halt = offering >>>Someday you might learn how to compose a proper sentence ....perhaps then when you ask nonsensical questions there's a chance you'll get an answer.

Since the share price fell out of bed at the prospect of bankruptcy the company has taken the bull by the horns...they got rid of that useless CEO who's probably mucking out stopes now where he belongs...got a proper CEO, cleaned up the balance sheet, cleaned it up more just now, ensures the mine will finally get ramped up to nameplate, satisfies all the lenders for a couple of years and all but guarantees now that this project will become all that it can be which is pretty substantial.  Been a rough road but this is good news....going to be a very profitable enterprise now with no more negative surprises.
