the underwriters in the syndicate get them storks first...

they stoks will B sold in a dealers auction - then its up to the dealers who purchased the stoks; weathering the sales to the general public...

read the english !  not all of the securitys are allowed, to B sold to the general public of they are underwritten by the big seven canadian syndicated..

I purchase these as coupon bonds.. and they are backed in some cases by STORKS..  they pay a divident - usually 20% morenthan a standard bank stock - say TD...

the question is was and will B untils its clarified !  is NCI underwriting a bond (like) series to B resold into the general market as a seperate equities series..

if soo IT WILL B NON DILUTIVE...

power companies - pipeline companies doo this all the time //  write a bond series that does not dilute the common stok and is simply charged bak to the utility customers in the form of increased rates and tarrifs...
