RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TD

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TDThe scenario on the dividend payout does seem a bit complicated.  Myself, buying ECN in the 3ish range back in April 2020 will continue to hold unless this becomes negatively effected.

My experience this stock could either continue to trend upwards and on the contrary take a butt kicking.  The markets have been postive and belief  ECN will continue to trend up on SUM of the parts.  Plus good financial results over last couple of years and been a postive company to hold.

The question I have if someone bought this in the 8-11 dollar range will this be considered a captal loss if this trends back below 5 dollars with the dividend payout if decde to sell.  Someone like myself (fortunately no pun intended as don't always get lucky) is would see a loss if this traded below 3 dollar once all said and done for payout.

The other question when is the dividend payout coming this December or in the new year 2022 such as the first or second quarter.

All and all this stock has been postive and appears to be that way going forward witth the dividend payout.
