With more than 400 million shares currently outstanding, anything less than a few million shares short is really insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
People should be more concerned about how a penny junior on the venture is going to raise $105 million dollars, without massive dillution to existing shareholders.
Not sure a white knight exists that is willing to drop $100 million without major guarantees for their part of 51% on an unproven technology in Saskatchewan. Gensources words, not mine
I only know of 3 companies currently trying to prove the novel technology, and one of those is now treading water with massive debt and super pizzed contractors.
Gensource has not broken ground yet, so it is what it is
and the other will hopefully be drilling in December.
