My positi0n is that it does not need to be all or nothing.

BIR can pay down the loan facility and pay a dividend.

You can phase out the loan whie at the same time phasing in a dividend.

As for the comment, " they do not have a covement on the loan in so far as declaring a dividend is concenred",
How would you knw that uless you read the terms of the loan?

And as for weather patterns that have a dramatic effect on N gas prices, I find them vauable.
Please simply put me on ignore if don't care to read my comments.

I read many comments that I agree with and some I don't but always try to remain respectful.
