this will place the Jan Wts into play...

if opening bid is 2 buks...  then the ratio is 2:1/2 for a sum of 3 x 2.oo$...  for every 75M $ - three equivalent shares will B issued..

the offering clearly states sold as UNIT (2+1) - where the 1/2 wts is treated as a full share to produce an overallotment..

good chance the new wts will not B priced for market entry where the UNIT is the auction price..

U don't sell a tractor at auction and keep the tires """!
