The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:RE:RE:SGLD Holdings of Seabridge Gold and C2C I can understand that  However, I think that the combination took place to build up the reserves to a big enough number to merge with a current producer  If they build up their reserves to 3 mil plus then they would be a likely merger candidate.  We will see.  Take a look at Skeena Resources.  They had a bunch of shares outstanding, did a reverse split and now are listed on the NYSE and doing well.  We will have to wait it out or sell and go on to something else.  I personally am going to wait it out.  Hopefully, with Gold Prices moving up and tax loss selling out of the way we can get this mule moving!
