I can tell you this, the grossly under explained the acquisition of RealWeath.

The founder of RealWealth is Ross McCredie.   Google him.  Ex Senior Exec at Intrawest, was President and majority owner of Sotheby's Realty Canada, and then subsequently was a senior exec at Pacific Union Realty in San Francisco.  He was a key driver of the deal with COMPASS and the COMPASS US IPO.    Ross is a visionary who is extremely well connected in the US real estate and Corp Finance.   Hes a get it done guy.   Yet VXTR did nothing to explain the value of adding him into the fold.

I frankly am excited for this company.  Its positioning as a disruptive technology in a hugely scaleable market ultimately makes this a very attractive acquisition target... hopefully at much higher levels.
