It appears to me that the company presentations result in reducing, not increasing, stockholder value - at least as an immediate effect. As a stockholder, it makes you not want to read or listen in. With so many other outstanding stock investments out there constantly being heralded, it makes it difficult for all of us to want to follow the company admonition of practicing patience. If increasing shareholder value is the company's main stated goal, to date LGO has let us all down.
The SP weakness has something to do with their performance, esp, when iron stocks are up today. However, in general the Fe related stocks were down in the last couple of months. Therefore, it comparison it is not so bad. However, I agree that they may as well cancel the conference call, because they don't answer questions properly. How difficult it is to admit the current situation they are faced with and provide details regarding how they are encoutnering them in a frank and worthtrusting manner. Those natural people winning character are lacking in the management.
They can re-adjust expectation easily by telling the analaysts that they have no control over the spot price of Vanadium, but what they can work on is smooth production and sales, and they are making progress on those with cost under control. As far as Vanadium and Fe related metal spot price is concerned, they are hopeful that they will become firmer after the China winter Olympics, but really as far as that is concern, your guesstimation is probably better than mine.
