You sure have done incredibly well with your REITs. We have done decently well but most of it can be attributed to take-overs and industrials. As I mentioned, we are now down to just 3 REITs - DIR, GRT, and NWH.

DIR is truly mind-boggling and such a huge pleasant surprise.

True that. All the industrials are trading at a premium. Limited supply and terrific demand based on the new rents and escalaters. 

Biggest holding in my portfolio and now cannot take any profits off the table due to tax implications. Probably a good candidate for donating some stock. 

They are leveraging the Dream Global Team in Europe very well.

Very interesting that the NAV is on;y $14.37. That is QUITE the premium!! Not sure what it means for the future share price. It actually doesn't really matter as we hold this for the income.
