As for guidance. If you do the math you will see that guidance pre quarter was not changed. Could it be lower end sure but back out UEC acquisition and you will see that revenue guide and EBITDA margin guide is in tact.  UEC is lower margin so the pre quarter guide is unchanged.

Tired having to correct your dribble.  

Bottom line - things are getting better.
