Thanks, Willard. 2shipments a month would take care of their needs. Did they say how many shipments a month they could handle  or allude to the fact, that if neccessary, they could barge out 20-25,000 bopd. 
Also, what contact phone number did you use. I got some number, that sent me to a generic leave a message box, that phone calls go to die. At least mine, did.
