The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:WOW Looks like existing investors got gut punched again - this seems to be constant with NCU.... 

Q3 is approaching and I suspect that results will be similar to Q2 - with a potential drop further in SP. 

What is incredible in all of this is that despite being in one of the biggest bull runs that the Cu price has ever seen - NCU continues to dither and disappoint...

It also appears that the largest shareholder is going great guns in driving down their average share price at the expense of others through private placements and based on past events - this story may be far from being over...
