Disappointing Q3

Disappointing Q3Wasn't horrible, but was hoping for much better.

Negative is the falloff in licensing revenue, larger than I would have expected, in the U.S.

Somewhat positive is the continued high YOY growth of Epuris in Canada

Nice little move to alleviate their office rent expense by 25k/month, so future quarters should see 75k/Q less in admin costs

Was interesting to read that they have something like 210 mil (not sure thats the right number if I recall) in tax losses.  This might have some nice value to the company in some top of acquisition/merger deal.
