I agree that the news release didn't provide much clarity for investors if that was the intended purpose of it. Of course the analysis in that document predates the subsequent Solutions Nursing acquisition which should have contributed to additional revenue and EBIDTA. So it appears there was some weakness in the business QoQ, but not as if it fell off a cliff, which seems to be the reaction of the stock price.

Anyway my two cents (for what it's worth - not much!).
