Talked to him lately. He is not selling Chimo for under 160 mio CAD. And IF there is nobody wanting to pay the fair value, of course there is a plan B. If sold, most of the money is going to its shareholders, like himself and a small amount is going into Cartier 2.0. The Benoist results should be released in mid november, and fenton will be worked on next year. There is still a lot of money in the treasury and there wont be any need to dillute. So personally I just don't see the point in selling. Sure, it can be dead money for a couple of months, but at some point Chimo will be sold.
