Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. V.CMC.WT

Primary Symbol: V.CMC Alternate Symbol(s):  CWSFF

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is a Canada-based waste-to-fuel environmental technology company. The Company's business model is to source waste feedstock from industrial producers and other suppliers and convert the feedstock into valuable fuels. The Company's Thermal Catalytic Depolymerization (TCD) process converts waste feedstocks, including plastics, rubber, organic material, and wood derivative waste into valuable fuel. Its facilities are designed to operate with no harmful emissions and through the conversion of waste-to-fuel, it can help reduce methane emissions from landfills, as well as reduce reliance on imported biofuels made from agricultural products. The Company’s Aldersyde Demo Facility is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Calgary, features a 2.5-acre site and a plant which provides proof of concept that can convert wood waste biomass to fuel.

Here's some revised guidance.

Here's some revised guidance. As early as June 2014 Allan claimed Cielo would be commercial by fall with one plant and that there would be 12 plants generating 130M in EBITDA within 2 years.  So here we are 7 years later and the company appears to be no closer to revenue than they were then.  They give the impression that they are in fact just beginning with some of the recent releases they have issued. At this stage in the game, after all the years of "progress" they announce a planned pilot scale plant in Fort Saskatchewan. What the heck is Aldersyde?

Some months ago they announced their first sale of diesel, some 900,000 litres. So, 3 months later they have yet to deliver the first gallon of that order.  So that begs the question, if Aldersyde is capable of the 1000 litres per hour they claim it is, why has no diesel been delivered? The answer of course is that they can't produce it.  If they could, they would.

Go to Gringotts post and read the article from the Sherwood Park News. That story reveals no less than 3 reasons why Cielo is in fact a total pipedream.  The figures revealed in the article were previously revealed in a previous webinar but seem to have gone over everyone's head at the time.

As i have mentioned here before, I have seen this movie before, and it doesn't end well.
