Per the discussion re the 2020 fiscal results back in March/ April, Unbilled Revenue" appears to be revenue that has been recorded for work in progress and it likely relates to IRD, not to Wilan. It has already been recorded as revenue on the IS:

ie Debit Unbilled Revenue on BS; Credit Revenue on IS.

When it is evenually invoiced:

Debit Accounts Receivable on BS; Credit Unbilled Revenue on BS
