HUGE risk here is the financiers are now running the companythey have total control on meeting or failing meet the milestones and if they fail to meet the milestones and run out of money and go bankrupt the financiers running the company get the assets as they are collateral for the money that was loaned. The stong likelihood, in my opinion, is if the tech is actually worth anything there are substantial delays the company goes bankrupt and the financiers take over and the current shareholders are out their entire investment. All perfectly legit as they have had nothing but delays so far and delays are the name of the game when dealing with the FDA and bringing products to market. In my opinion this is a very bad risk.
