I've always voted for BoD and other motions on the AGM agenda since I've held this stock - usually for, but not always. Usually about one-third of shares cast votes. The overwhelming majority of votes cast are in support of the BoD slate and the motions (usually >90%). My philosophy is that if I lose confidence in the management and/or the BoD, I move on from my investment.
Historically, generally the same posters show up, annually, a couple of weeks prior to the AGM and bash everything about the company and management. They may have valid issues and just want to vent, but if they are serious about mounting shareholder action, that is neither an effective nor timely way to do it.
