Aside from the raise, if the exchange approves, I'd say the chances are more than likely good, the $ is to hold the AGM. Which leads me to believe they are going to announce a new deal between global and medical (hopefully closer to the deal Rhoades got close to doing) or, they are going to try and cram the bad deal down Medicals throat and pray it passes the vote. Either way, we should know soon how this is moving forward if at all.
