Nope. Just the behaviour of a thinly traded stock getting pushed around by machines a couple hundred grand at a time. I always laugh at this. Here you have 63 million shares out and people lose their mind grasping for answers when the spread between large blocks is 40-50 cents. Look at the L2 and see bids and asks that dont last more than a day. Watch an algo spur a buying frenzy followed by some 100-200 share beat downs. The shooting candles tell the tale and so does the accumulated volume over the past few days.
