Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. PMX is approved for therapeutic use in Japan and Europe and has been used safely and effectively on more than 340,000 patients to date. It has pioneered the development of biochemical markers for the clinical syndrome known as septic shock. It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Learning abouit "Alter-cyte" like finding out u were adopted

Do share EDT ... we take it ...trust us...just like "we trust you" ; - )

We were told "Alter-cyte" was important "later on" hmmm??

Feels like it is "MUCH later on" so..do share "We're listening"

Alter-cyte needs to be explained to shareholders...

Kellum shows as a "shareholder" and it was founded in 2012..

Kellum was the lead DSMB man in the phase 3 Euphrates trial.

* HE saw every stitch of data including the 194 patients that now form a minimum of 40% of the current phase 3B TIGRIS study.

Looks like he has been an integral part of Spectral for about a decade.

Given he expressed 38 different disclosures in a Setember 2020 video, his decision to come here HAD ZERO surprises ( IMHO ) I would suggest he is WELl aware of "Spectral" and all the various chapters of the continuing saga..
