There's been many a post of the "Guaranteed Offer Price of 18.50" The $18.50 is not the guarantted price.

First if the offer is voted down you get no 18.50
If the offer if voted yes but the NCM price tanks you don't get the 18.50

Just be careful. Its a jungle out there.
