Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Just epic.

If you would have said this would be the quarterly update two months ago even I would have looked at you like you're crazy. But this... this... this is a new low all around. The best part is... I'm pretty sure people knew this in advance and that's why it sold off from 35 to down here. How concerning is that?

lack of execution at every level. I can't imagine there is an end game.
