Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

PS. You are correct. We as shareholders DO own the Company.

PS2 Does BH and T know the rollout plan? They have seats on the Board, - so I would think so.

PS3 ... and this is key! ...how can the Company generate more revenue in the future ( ie command a higher price on ultimate sale of the NA rights) ...by delaying the Trial ? If you inbox me, I will give you the answer. But only you and perhaps a couple of others will get the answer. Maybe you already know the answer ?!
