RE:CHAL will stay in the $50's & visit $0.40's all 2022

RE:CHAL will stay in the $50's & visit $0.40's all 2022 Debt holders could only take over the company in the event of a bankruptcy.  As long as the company is solvent, they can chug along for as long as needs be.  Granted, there may be additional dilution along the way.

If marijuana is legalized and readily accepted by the public for medicinal purposes, then this investment will pan out.  If not, the gyrations you are concerned about will continue and investors will see their capital slowly eaten away.

The optimist in me believes that there will be a future where the products sold by CHAL will be accepted by the public and government and this will end up being a viable enterprise.  That being said, I wouldn't put more than 1% of my investable capital into something as risky as this as the future is far from certain at this point.
