Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Seto said we'd hit 90 patients by Q4

At the end of September he was still repeating that we'd hit 60% in Q4.

Now we're at 25 patients? Not even close.

How can he say the COVID landscape is any different than in Sept? How can he say that was an honest projection?

Most CEOs get fired for being that wrong. Spectral has the nerve to announce those laughable excuses and slap his promotion in for good measure?

I wish I could believe this mess was a ploy to hide something great. It'is just a sign of years of mismanagement to come.

Sickening.

Who was it who brought up class action?
