Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:RE:same old storyIndeed.  But at some point the selling will end.  Its just hard to know when that
point of selling exhuastion will happen.   The market will tell us.   Suddenly it will
be gone and the sh/price will rise without being immediately strangled.  VSR will
be a $1 bid before you blink an eye.  Until then,  its a game of patience and who
blinks first.   I keep an eye on it but don't stress over it either.  

It's one of those situations where you know they have the goods,  but for various reasons are being held down by those selling.  Mgmt knows it also so they are
not going to try and go against the tide until the tide goes out.   Smarter people are
accumulating while its cheap and will wait for that tide to turn.  That's also my approach but then I'm a very patient investor......
