Know Who You’re Up Against

Know Who You’re Up Against

Before I knock off for the weekend I thought I'd link this paper filed with SEC by Crowdstrike in 2019. I'll be honest and tell you it's lengthy but very interesting. I call it the Manifesto of Excuses, a well prepared document that pretty much tells investors how things can go south. I haven't read the whole thing, just bits and pieces but found lots of interesting stuff. Maybe it's a standard declaration every company makes, idk.

Couple things I did find was that Crowdstrike will never pay a dividend as all profits go back into the business. You might find bottom of Page 187 to 188 real interesting. Basically an invitation to their underwriters to short their stock, even naked short. Done under certain conditions.

As I said, it's looonnngggg. Don't think it's for everybody but here goes...
