Sangihe Police Chief, AKBP Tony Budhi Susetyo SIK confirmed that he was arrested in Bitung City, and arrived this afternoon at Tahuna Harbor. "Well, he was caught. Arrived here this afternoon," said the police chief briefly, Monday (7/20/2020) via telephone.
