RE:Watch Interest RatesI think the best time in history to compare intrest rates to todays is the late 70s to the early 80s, central bankers at the time where doing the same thing as they are now, pumping cheap money into the system and holding interest rates low. They where to late to react to the inflation numbers which caused interest rates here in Canada to soar to 20%+ within 30 months. The issue with todays climate is "world" central banks have held interest rates low for to long and have continued to pump money into the system at a rate of over 50 times as was done in the 70s and 80s. Interest rate in the late 70s started much slower than today because of less money supply in the system, today we see the U.S. at 6.2% inflation and ready to explode into hyper inflation because the U.S. central bank has not move to increase interest rates. I have studied these economic conditions now for years, looking into everything and I can not stress this enough be ready for a world changing event!!!!!!!
