tamaracktop wrote: I have read this over 3 times and it perplexes me. I have one overriding question. WTF is this thing doing trading at 60 cents? I have looked at it upside down, inside out, and sideways. Just about the only thing I haven't done is put it through a gas chromatograph. I was a broker for 30 years and although I never dealt in micro-caps my interest in this company was piqued when it was pointed out to me by a friend. After a cursory vetting it I felt it certainly warranted a more enthusiastic inspection. I have always pointed to the balance sheet as a hindrance and suggested that it was a given that management was no doubt addressing that behind the scenes. This turned out to be the case, and the solution was painless and well implemented. I am certain the company could have raised far more under those terms, had they deemed it necessary. I was a broker for 30 years and I can honestly say that I can't recall a microcap with as attractive risk/reward parameters as this one.

60 cents.

Just hold this and don't give it a second thought.
