RE:think about it
RE:think about it There is getting to be more press that verifies the fact that hydrogen produced from RNG with a HyGEAR unit with CO2 capture is Green Hydrogen because it is produced from a renewable energy source. This is a big distinction because previously only hydrogen produced with electrolysis of water using Renewable Electriciy from wind/solar/hydro was considered Green Hydrogen. Electrolysis of water takes a lot of energy and the resulting hydrogen needs long distance transport to the end user. HyGEAR can produce Green Hydrogen more economically and because the unit is onsite, the transport of the hydrogen is a minimal distance. The RNG is delivered to the on site HyGEAR unit with existing natural gas infrastructure.
