XBC is now a strong buy technically and fundamentally

The stars have finally started to align for Xebec. When the technicals and fundamentals are both positively aligned, and when both point towards a strong buy, you can bet that the share price is going to move upwards substantially and quickly.

Xebec's turnaround is now in full swing. If they can deliver strong Q4 earnings, as expected, they will once again become the darling of Bay Street.
