RE:RE:RE:CEO Compensation Recap

RE:RE:RE:CEO Compensation RecapWouldn't the full picture include how much debt paying staff over the course of Verde Agritechs history would have been accrued, interest on that debt, total potential costs/impacts of servicing that debt, etc?

Passport Potash was once a pretty active company, they paid their CEO a salary and I think they even changed the CEO a couple of times. I wasn't able to find them trading. I believe there was alot of shareholder value sunk into that company. Maybe even more than Verde?

Slightly off topic I wonder if there's a good shell game wallstreet/baystreet and larger companies could play where they get investors to fund the cost of exploration and then leave these companies to die on debt. The resources won't go away and could be acquired in the future. There might even be tax benefits to the larger company when they purchase the dead/dying debt riddled company. Happily Verde has not died and is proving to be an exception to the norm.
