The Connection Technologies segment supplies specialty wire and cable and integrated heat shrink solutions. This segment includes the Shawflex, AmerCable and DSG-Canusa business.

i was thinking more along the lines that some time in the future that they might either divide or sell the pipeline business ( as the business recovers) .
I think it's code speak for there being unrealized value.
