RE:The patent buyer is Marconi Group (Teletry?)going through Yasch's stash(old post) is always englightning and extremely interesting(his thought process and research abilities). Either Yasch is an analyst, advisor to some big firm, or an old dude with no life lol.
Yasch,
I've seen you post many times where you say BB started putting licensing money in Escrow. How do you know this and where did you get this info? How much money is in Escrow?
Do you think that FB fines are also rolled into this agreement? How is it legal for Chen to not announce the fines(assuming it's materia) to shareholders?
I'm not sure why the lawyers at BB didn't put a time-limit(envelope) window around exclusive negotiation? Say for 4 months, and after that period BB can talk to other buyers without notifying teh current negotiator....
BUT for this to have worked no public announcement can be made about this exclusive agreement. This puts a threat to the buyer that if not completed in 4/5 months BB can start talking to other parties without notifying anyone. This is all negotation tactics.
Basically, the IP sale began in earnest in Q4/21.
Right from the get-go BB began putting its Teletry revenues in escrow, holding it on behalf of the buyer.
The buyer is probably Marconi-Teletry itself.
Sincerely,
Vlad
