RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For the nerds among usMany thanks Russian and Hedge. I agree that whichever titan winds up with the patents the others will be sorry they didn't pay up or play nicely. :);) A lot of folks think Chen is wasting time or being played and there's an argument for that... but the patents are more valuable today than they were last year and I'm not hearing about that side of it. My opinion only, but I have little doubt about it.
I do recall the presumption that 2000 plus companies are presently infringing on BB patents. That piece makes me think Teletry may very well be a part of buyside team. They also would have the least cash on hand or be the one company who could be held hostage by the financiers/banks, which would make the part about stringing together various lenders fit.
There's also the security piece (if any) requiring Canada to sign off on a transfer to USA company.
From a purely selfish POV, I am missing my Passport Silver Edition's hub, feel in my hand and just about everything else about it. The galaxy replacement leaves a lot to be desired. 'They' seem to know everything I do. Everything about it screams unsecured and I feel like I'm working for 'them' and the advertisers. I loved owning a phone where the BofD didn't sit around trying to figure out how to make it slip out of my hands and cost me an additional $100. I'm comfortable owning shares in a company I can actually feel good about. I'd no sooner buy FB, Apple or Alphabet than Phillip Morris or the gun manufacturers. They're scum imho. Waiting for the Yaschsterdictorian. - dwolf
