Do you have any insight into Mr. Oldnagger's atypical demeanour?  He said he's reporting me for abuse but if we go through our posts, it's very clear that Mr. Oldnagger is the abuser here. He has thrown all kinds of profanities and insults at me whereas all I said to him was something similar to "please do not bring up the age issue. The fact that you have lived long just means that you have more grey hair."  

Why is he so angry, hostile, bitter and vindictive?  That's very atypical of a person of his age. I feel really sorry for him to have to live the golden years of his life being smothered by hostility. 

What can we do to help him?
