Scotia I- Trade

Scotia I- TradeI'm  on the buy this am for some fixed shares and my online can't find a quote.  Anybody else having trouble with Scotia this morning or are they market-making and trying to cover shorts by not being able to dig up a quote? Halted, suspended or cya'in?
