Labrenz and O'Dea have to go ASAP!!!!!!! Ms Belanger has to figure out the complete incompetence onsite. All mgmt needs to be fired!!! Ms Belanger is PGM's only hope and to tie her hands with the prior mgmt does not work. PGM needs leadership. Ms Belanger is smart, hands on, driven and will provide the leadership and technical know how. All prior mgmt needs to be fired. I know the resource is solid but it has not been properly managed on a mining basis or financial basis. We are looking at two more PPs!
