Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

i am not thinking sweet SEDAR..

moeover CIgar Box Accounting and Nill Liquidity (call it equitt) if i attempt to un-windNCI Storks...

had NCI auctioned the Stoks as the first Sedar that was published.. they we would B looking @ a diffrent game... the underwriters would had to hav stepped into the auction - purchased the stoks outrite and settled w their cash - close of opening bell on the 29 of nov..

NCI Baited and switched... TSX halted trading -- ITG ame in next day and hlated Trading - NCI the switched the original Sedar prospectus from syndication - underwriters auction UNITS; too shares @ 77

had that original Sedar gone to auction... the price going into that auction on the 29 would have been the high of the Wed.. auctions prices re-set every wed..

it was a scammm..

when the Public Float Shares ~ 100M reset to the 200M.. the stok price will further be clipped N 1/2 ?
